Rich & Josh Episode 33

The Dads had ANOTHER Bonesaw Brewing Co., beer, but this time it wasn't festive. This time, it's the Swoosh Hazy IPA, with a 7.1% ABV. Though not normally a Hazy guy, this is yet another Hazy IPA that Rich seemed to love, meanwhile Josh was salivating over the can the entire time. I can attest to that. The show progresses to the weekly catch-up, where Rich states it was an anxious, all over the place type of week while Josh had an overall tired week. Went to bed tired, woke up tired. Repeat.

The show then transitions to An Aware Dad, with a reading from 'The Daily Dad', written by Ryan Holiday. Tonight's reading was titled January 13, Here's How To Have Lasting Impact. Be sure to listen to this week's insightful reading. The show then progresses to the topic of the week.

Tonight, we discuss Dad Bods – the phenomenon that some love and adore while some others tend to steer as far away from it as possible. A dad bod is defined by Oxford Languages as “a male physique that is relatively slim but not lean or toned”. What we’re looking to focus on is the effects of our bodies as fathers onto our children, and what the image that we decide is good for us may be ascribed to our children’s health. How far does that go? Is the Dad Bod a rad bod? Join us as we delve into this subject.

After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.
