This week, the Dads crack open a Pum-queen Cream Ale from the Bonesaw Brewing Co., located in Glassboro, NJ. Both dads agree this beer is a very tasty beer that resembles the taste of a Coke Vanilla. Interesting, to say the least... The show then transitions to the weekly catch-up, where Josh goes on repeat about work and his love life, yada yada yada... Rich shares the family is going to Ocean City again, but is loving the change of weather to "carhartt season".  Rich then dishes out some fantasy football smack talk as his wife sits atop the Podcast Battles fantasy league.

The show then transitions to An Aware Dad, with a reading from 'The Daily Dad', written by Ryan Holiday. Tonight's reading was titled January 11, We Can Be That Gift. Be sure to listen to this week's insightful reading. The show then progresses to the topic of the week.

In a day and age of open accessibility and having the legitimate world in the possession of your fingertips. Just like the world at large, the internet has a lot of things that need to be constantly and consistently regulated for our children. Tonight, we’re going to delve into that part of the world and discuss the measures we take and what we plan to do in the future to help regulate that content our little ones watch.

After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.
