The Dad Tapes
Two guys. Two cousins. Two best friends. Most importantly, two fathers. Both have vastly different experiences, differing backgrounds, points of views, hobbies and careers. With our box of tapes, we're looking to create and educational and vulnerable platform for parents alike, with both hosts sharing stories, experiences and takes on a subject without it coming across like you, the listener, are being coached on "how you're doing this wrong" or "you need to do it how we tell you to do it". Instead, we share our stories in hopes others can gain from them without being told how to interpret what you hear. We're not experts. We're not preaching. We're just discussing one on one with each other growing our own bond in hopes that our growth will allow others to grow too. These are our Dad Tapes.

Invasions: Not The Alien Ones
The Dads are cracking open a special brew shipped from their friends on the West Coast, the Baddie Daddies Podcast. The brew is called Socks and Sandals, it's a Foggy IPA and it's from the Humble Sea Brewing Co., in Santa Cruz, CA. It's an agreed new love, but the only frustrating part is the brewery has no vendors in the state of NJ. smh.. The show then transitions to the weekly catch-up, where Josh again talks about work (as per friggin usual) and Rich talks about more emotional heartbreak. What a sob.
The show then transitions to An Aware Dad, with a reading from 'The Daily Dad', written by Ryan Holiday. Tonight's reading was titled January 8, How Are You Embodying Your Values. Be sure to listen to this week's insightful reading. The show then progresses to the topic of the week.
Invasions: Not The Alien Kind: With the recent news about prison escapees and even one of the escapees committing a home invasion, we’re going to talk just about that tonight – home invasions. What they are, how they affect the general public even in the era of all this security we see. Join us tonight as we delve into the topic and hopefully provide you with something you can take away from this – whether you are prepared for it or not, you need to be at least aware of it.
After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.
